Ausiello: In the category of “fun” episodes on tap for
Season 5, series boss Andrew Marlowe is hoping to have the team
investigate a murder at a sci-fi convention — “That should be fun, given
Nathan [Fillion]’s background and how much of a rock star he is at
Comic-Con” — and maybe do a riff on The Office.
“We’re thinking about an episode that’s shot documentary-style, where
we get one-on-one confessionals with the camera and get to know what
people really think about certain things.”

Sci-fi convention sounds so awesome. I hope they do an episode with that. Anybody remember Kate geeking out about forbidden planet in law and murder? I think the gang and mostly castle will have a field day with a case like this. Lol star wars vs.forbidden planet? I bet Ryan and espo will pick star wars and caskett will pick forbidden planet. Also be great if Rick let it slip he already seen forbidden planet without her. As for an office themed ep hmm sounds interesting. But maybe it should be a documentry on each of the characters in castle's Nikki heat books. I really want an ep where Rick is on the bachelor's list like last time except now he's with Kate. I think it would be hilarious. Especially if it's like that fanfic story the mr.eligible bachelor or I think that's the name. What ep would you guys like to see?

ReplyDeletelove the idea of a documentary style episode. I would still love to see an episode dealing with the movie premiere of Heat Wave too though! How fun would that be? :D

ReplyDeleteSo far everything I've read about season 5 makes me super-excited, really. I've only read good things and good ideas about that season. I can't wait for the premiere.
So far even the "fun" episodes of season five sound awesome, when usually they're the ones that let down the season a little, aka heartbreak hotel, but these ideas sound hilarious.
ReplyDeleteI'm imagining a whole episode like the advertisement they did a couple of years ago and Stana's talking directly into the camera describing Castle, "Yeah, He's something..."
I cannot wait for season 5.
So july has passed and we still didn't get one sneak peek or promo and yeah I'm sad that this year Castle wasen't at Comic con becouse they give us always there some sneak, but abc need to do some interview with Stana and Nathan and releis the sneak peek in that interview !!
ReplyDeleteOMG, Castle is my favorite show, and the office follows close behind it. I'm really excited to see Castle in that mockumentary style format! I think both Ryan and Espo would be hilarious in that episode. Season 5 looks like it's shaping up to be amazing!
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one who thinks that a documentary-style episode sounds awful? I hate it when shows try to be something they're not. If you don't want to work on a dramedy anymore, go do something else; don't try to get rid of your boredom by messing with the style of the show!
ReplyDeleteI stopped watching Grey's Anatomy soon after that train-wreck musical episode. I'm just sayin'...
