In the promo she is saying, "I think I'm almost where I want to be right now. I can finally accept everything that happened that day."
My guess is Kate will be virtually on the brink of telling Castle how she feels, but she won't actually admit she loves him. (They are saving that for the finale, I would imagine.)
I think she will hint around the issue, and Castle will postpone leaving since he is desperate to hear her tell the truth. However, I still think Castle will get a reminder that Beckett's life will be in danger if he leaves.
Ultimately, guilt about Beckett's safety will be the main reason Castle stays--since I sincerely doubt Beckett will suddenly pluck up the courage to fight for him after all this time.

In fact, this may have been the best episode of the season, which makes me that much happier that it didn’t get spoiled for me this morning when a coworker at Dish started talking about it. I barely stopped her from spilling anything. Then she reminded me of the free streaming site, dishonline(dot)com. Undead Again was already there this morning, so I watched it at lunch. Dishonline saved the day.
So, it's not even 6am and I'm getting ready to go to work when I encounter this nugget..is the zombie Castle?I think this is his idea of going out with a bang.I'm sure she's not talking to Castle and this scene will probably lead nowhere.I'm not so confident things will end as us Caskett shippers want but...the audacity of hope...sigh!

Maybe things get sorted in this episode. I really hope, at least that Beckett realizes what set Castle off and I don't want him to stay just for protecting her. I think Beckett should just grow up and tell him like a matured woman how she feels. she has nothing to lose because she knows that he already loves her and I would appreciate it if she stops doubting Castle's love for her!

Agreed. The second take of that scene looks weird but you can't see any long hair in the first one. Besides, I can't think of any woman that tall having a conversation like that with Beckett. So I'm going to say 95% xD
I agree that AWM is dragging out the story arc up until the end, but I think that Beckett is talking to Castle because no other character would make sense in the context of the scene except Lanie, Dr. Burke, or *maybe* Jim Beckett.
Also, I am pretty sure that Lanie, Dr. Burke, and Jim Beckett will not be in this episode. Dr. Perlmutter is handling the ME duties this week, and Dr. Burke/Jim Beckett haven't shown up on any press release.
Since I think it's safe to assume that Beckett wouldn't talk this openly to anyone except for a few people, by process of elimination I am concluding that she is speaking to Castle....or a mindless zombie who wouldn't remember the conversation anyway.
I know who is Beckett talking to. You can see a shoulder with some long dark wavy hair on it. She is talking to the zombie, worldwide know as a good listener and advice giver. 'Kate, it's time to tell him. I didn't tell my girlfriend and look where I stand now.' ;)
p.s. Anon 10.18 that is hillarious. Yes I do think its castle but the jacket didnt look smooth, as though its a old torn jacket or black strands of hair. So its quite possible.
Well in the first clip of her talking it looks like a tall guy's shoulder in a dark jacket - which made me think Castle, but they often cut scenes in and after that it flicks to him as if she's talking to him but that could just be editing to fool people. Also the background in the scene showing Castle looks different to the place Kate is in. However, in the second clip when she's presumably having the same conversation it looks like a woman (?) with long fuzzy hair. However, I agree with those who say it can't be Lanie she is not in the episode this week. And there are very few people she would be talking to about this so....guess all will be revealed tonight!
I do hope it's Castle because I'm getting fed up of Kate talking to EVERYONE but him about how she's feeling and what she should be doing! The only way she is going to stop him walking is by talking to the poor guy. And even then what she's saying is still not that clear about what she wants, she doesn't say she wants him or loves him or even wants him to stay so it's conversation by subtext again and I've had enough of it.
You are right, the only reason I think its castle because it is the penultimate episode setting the tone for Always, conversation still contains subtext so not expecting too much movement and lastly she needed to look up for eye contact and I am not sure if anyone is that tall but Castle.
Personally I wished the premise for this episode wasn't Zombies (not a fan at all), but still looking forward to it. That said, anyone care to speculate on what's going on with said zombies? Clearly it's some zombie club or something - are they all on drugs? Just curious what some might be speculating?
I agree that it looks like she is talking with Castle. As I mentioned on another thread, I think him trying to leave is what forces her hand to tell him that she is ready to move forward. I now think that by telling him at the station they are able to control the outcome of her telling him she is ready...no passionate kiss, or falling into bed (save that for the finale).
My prediction for tonight- Kate presses him on being "more" with her, and he realizes she does love him, and she tells him that she remembers, but he doesn't say anything about his secret, and he doesn't say anything about having heard her confession- that gets dealt with in finale.
