OMG!!! this sucks soooo much we have school holidays for 2 and a half weeks and there are no castle episodes for either of the tuesdays!!!! oohhhh maaannnnn

Haha that was my first thought too Carina, but then I realised I'm not with Mum in the first week, and that's who I watch Castle with, and then in the second week we're going to Rottnest so I can't watch anyway, so I'm sorry for your boredom but happy I won't be missing anything!
DeleteWell, I definitely feel your pain. I'm moving to a place temporarily and then moving AGAIN and since in the first place there's no TV/cable/satellite and in my second place I won't have TV or Internet for I don't know how long (probably a couple weeks) I may not get to see 4x21, 4x22, or 4x23 for weeks after they air.

For making us suffer so, they should make the season 5 premiere a bit sooner. Because we all know once that screen goes black on the season finale, we will most likely be in shock or euphoria [boom chicka wow wow], and want the season NOW.

Just my thoughts Shena. God, more breaks! If they had given it more episodes they wouldn't have to stretch it that way to make it end in May. If the new season doesn't start sonner, as you said, we'll be reading fanfics like there's no tomorrow.

All shows have a standard 23 or 24 eps I can see why theY giving us a hitaus and this hitus is gonna hurt us they want them to last to may anyway having said that 23 eps is not enough

I think I read some where that April 16 is a new episode " Headhynters".

What sucks is Headhunters is sandwiched in between two weeks of repeats, so the ratings may drop :( Hopefully with DWTS leading in, it won't be by too much...
DeleteI love that they're re-airing Kill Shot. It says alot about where Castle and Beckett will be at in the new episode that will air just prior, and links up with what will happen in the next new ep. Think about it. ;)
Aaaaah no new Castle episodes!?!! Fuuuck. I like kill shot, but I already downloaded it (I don't live in the US) so no need to wait for that one... But maybe it'll be good for me, 'cause then it's test week (i don't know how you americans call that, anyway, it's a week in which you've got a test (exam!! I'm graduating this year) or two every day.
ReplyDeleteNooo! I was hoping to get an early birthdaypresent; my birthday's Wednesday the 11th April, and I don't live in the US so I would've needed to wait 'till Tuesday anyways. Bummer. Though, for me it's two normal school weeks in the Castle break, so I guess it's okay... But Headhunters better be worth it!

ReplyDeleteNo, a normal season is 22 episodes. ABC has been ordering the extra 2 episodes for the past two seasons. This season, they only ordered 1.

So...it seems like it's anybody's guess what they're going to do for the moment. I think I am just going to have to force myself to stop obsessing, lol, since this will probably all be confirmed by the time "The Limey" airs.
I'm pretty sure they're waiting to tell us the finale's name to make it suspensful. Just watch. In a few weeks, we'll get the title of the finale and everyone's gonna go loopy trying to figure out what hidden messages Marlowe is sticking in there for us.

DeleteWell we know it won't be 'Always' because we had agreed that will be the final episode, right? ha ha ha. Maybe 'Third's the charm'?

My gut feeling is that the season finale will delve into the Joanna Beckett murder, so my guess is the title will probably be another fist-fighting reference in the veins of "Sucker Punch", "Knockdown", or "Knockout"...assuming they maintain that pattern.

DeleteABC just released the press release this morning so not all TV listings have been adjusted yet. Don't know why ABC hasn't changed the official Castle page yet but that information is now wrong.
